Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!

Tyrone is the best salesman that I've ever encountered! Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about all aspects of his job. My wife and i went to purchase a work truck for me, i selected a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado WT. Everything went smoothly about the sale i was ready to pull off and Tyrone noticed something didn't seem right about the truck. He asked if he could get the mechanics to look it over so i left it with them. After they checked it out they found an issue with truck, Tyrone then looked me in the eye and said he was not comfortable with letting me leave with the truck, now Tyrone could have easily let me drive off i had purchased a full warranty. The fact that sticks with me is he had the integrity to step forward about an issue that could have cost me thousands! He spoke with his manager and they allowed me to pick another truck from their inventory they even offered to ship a truck from another location if i wanted. It took me a week or so to find my truck, they didn't even rush me. I felt like my purchase really mattered to them and i am really happy with the 2023 Silverado that i chose! Seems like everyone at City Auto has a great attitude especially Tyrone. I'm telling everyone i run into about my experience so please go by and purchase a vehicle from City Auto and ask for Tyrone he will take good care of you!!!!

He did his very best to help me find the car I wanted and stopped at nothing to get me exactly what I wanted. He was very friendly, respectful and honest which is refreshing. He had a positive attitude and even in our long hours of getting the car and paperwork done he remained good spirited and kind!
