Sales Department was Excellent. However the Service Department was very much a Big Disappointment. After my original test drive I informed the sales department of the Battery dragging a little. I was assured me that I can bring it in to be accessed by the service. I had to have a mirror replaced. So I just asked about it while I was there. They tested the alternator ans made sure it was ok them informed me it was the battery and that it would be replaced. They did so and within 3 days it was doing the same thing. I have called your Service Department several times and even left a voice mail message. No call back of course. I finally got through and talked to whom I believe to be the female Service person that sits in the office beside the vending machines. She assured me she will i form her Manager that they will call me back. That was over a week ago. Still no call back. So like I said, the Service Department was and still is a Very Big Let down.

It was Ms.Brittany I dealt with she was friendly and on her job and she let know the wait and she deserves a pat on the back and lunch from the boss,all was nice 😊 and friendly made me feel comfortable but it’s your customers that’s crazy 🤪 but overall…fantastic job well done 👍 💯💯💯💯

She was actually okay but as far at the people that gave her info about my vehicle was a flat out LIE! I took my vehicle to get looked at by three different shops just to ensure that everything is legit, just like I always do but this time I found out city auto tried to play me and get money out of me lying like all of my brakes bad and rotors lol they even said my brakes a two ! Sharece was joining in saying they said your brakes at a two you don’t struggle stopping 🤣🤣🤣 at that point I knew it was possibly a lie because them brakes stops instantly my only issue was the squeaky noises which I just got this vehicle from city auto two/three months ago and if it’s a two THAT FAST AGAIN CITY AUTO HAD TO OBVIOUSLY fail me and not did their part! I highly don’t recommend 😒 my brakes were indeed dirty with Dust on them but far from bad and very far from a 2
