Sharece was nothing short of nice and thorough, however my driver side door was not in the same shape as I initially left it with the shop so this and how I'm still waiting for the chance to get it fixed leaves me with a bad impression

It took nearly two hours to get a scheduled oil change, and the indicator was not reset, so every time I get in the car it tells me I am overdue for an oil change

Sharece was very nice. Her representation was very pleasant. She was not offensive. She informed me of the products, services, and the differences between them. She assisted me as swiftly as she could with the entire process. I was very pleased.
