I’m a graduate of Northside High School and earned my degree in Political Science from the University of Memphis. Eric in my opinion was ok. I did not appreciate being lied to that someone would contact me and they did not, then to have the General Manager say one thing and do something different. That is not good business and now I have to take my car back to the shop for something they should have made sure wasn done correctly the first time on Monday, 11/3.
